Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. Pure Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services, LLC. reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time without notice.
This Website is provided "as is," with all faults, and Pure Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services, LLC. express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Pure Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services, LLC., nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. Pure Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services, LLC., including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Pure Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services, LLC. from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Variation of Terms
Pure Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services, LLC. is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
The Pure Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services, LLC. is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
It is our priority to supply the best care to your garment and we appreciate your trust.
While it is never our intention for an item to go missing, occasionally it can happen. If this is the case, please let us know immediately by calling our customer experience team at 405-816-9623 or by emailing them at firstname.lastname@example.org. Notifying the concierge or notifying Pure via SMS is insufficient. In order to receive reimbursement, any missing item must be reported to our customer experience team within seven (7) days of the delivery of the order, in order to ensure the maximum likelihood that it will be located. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items are considered lost ten (10) business days after the initial claim has been made. All decisions on lost items are in Pure’s sole discretion and are final.
For Wash and Fold/Hang Dry, Dry Cleaning and laundered shirts, any reimbursement for an item or order deemed lost by Pure shall be limited to and shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the lost item (not inclusive of tax and other fees) regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment, or $1000, whichever is lower. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure’s aggregate liability in connection with a lost item shall not exceed the foregoing amount. Pure’s offer for reimbursement is valid for ten (7) business days once the offer is made. Any attempts at redemption beyond that will be evaluated on a case by case basis. All decisions on lost items are in Pure’s sole discretion and are final.
Exceptions to these missing items policy include:
Socks, which will be reimbursed at $5 per pair in Pure credit, regardless of brand, price or condition
Pure does not accept liability for any personal laundry bags that are not Pure branded bags
Pure does not take responsibility for any loose items lost when submitted in a Pure bag, such as
watches, jewelry, cufflinks, money, wallets, etc. and shall have no liability for such items.
Pure additionally is not liable for damage caused by you not selecting the correct service when placing an order (e.g. selecting wash and fold instead of dry cleaning, forgetting to add hang dry service), or when items are sent in incorrect bags (e.g. dry cleaning placed inside a labeled wash and fold bag). Pure is also not liable for damage caused by, but not limited to loose items like pens and lipstick.
Any damaged items must be reported by calling us at 405-816-9623 or by emailing us at email@example.com within seven (7) days of delivery of the order. Notifying the concierge or notifying Pure via SMS is insufficient. All damaged items must be inspected by Pure through digital photos of each damaged item, within seven (7) days of delivery of the order. All decisions on damaged items are in Pure’s sole discretion and are final.
Although we do our best to prevent any damages to your garment, unfortunately every garment, regardless of brand or quality, will wear out over time, and there is nothing Pure can do to predict when this will happen, or prevent it. For damage related to normal wear and tear, Pure does not provide reimbursement or compensation.
Per industry standards, the following are considered to be normal wear and tear:
Shrinkage from repeated laundering
Small holes or tears
Discoloration caused by hygiene or beauty products (deodorant, perfume, cologne)
Thinning of fabric
For any items, regardless of service, deemed damaged outside of the above, Pure may reimburse you by paying up to ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item (not inclusive of tax and other fees) for which the damage occurred regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment, or $1000, whichever is lower. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure’s aggregate liability in connection with a damaged item shall not exceed the foregoing amount. Pure’s offer for reimbursement is valid for ten (7) business days once the offer is made. Any attempts at redemption beyond that will be evaluated on a case by case basis. All decisions on damaged items are in Pure’s sole discretion and are final.
In order to receive reimbursement in cash, the damaged item must be given to Pure to be inspected and subsequently donated. If you wish to keep your item, only reimbursement in Pure credit will be offered.
PICK UP AND DELIVERY
Our goal is to provide valuable and timely service to all our customers and partners. Therefore, you can edit the time of a pickup up to 30 minutes before the requested pickup time and you can freely reschedule a delivery prior to 6pm for any evening delivery and prior to 6am for any morning delivery. If you cancel a pickup less than 30 minutes before your requested time, rescheduled a delivery after the designated time for change, or if our partners cannot deliver or pickup an order because you or your designee failed to appear, we may charge a cancellation fee in a reasonable amount (currently set at $5).
We hope to provide a convenient service to all our customers and can leave orders outside residences or with a doorman, provided the customer gives written consent. However, once delivery has been made, we will not be held responsible or liable for the loss or damage of any items. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the safety of items after delivery by Pure.
You have an option to ask us to leave your laundry with the doormen or other location, but Pure will not be responsible for any lost cause as a result.
Pure reserve the right to keep records of your garments and retain, store, display or reproduce such records which may include images or photographs, and associate such records with your name or other profile information for commercially reasonable periods for archival, inventory purposes, quality control, loss prevention, and or data collection.
You understand that use of the Services may result in payments by you for the services you receive (“Charges”). After you have received the service ordered through your use of the Service and Applications, Pure will process payment of the applicable Charges, using the preferred payment method designated in your Account, and will send you a receipt by email.
The Charges include a $5.99 service fee on all orders. The service fee helps cover the cost of the additional support that Pure provides for every order, such as professional background checks for the concierge team and insurance. The service fee is displayed on your invoice and charged once your order is delivered.
Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Pure. Any request for lower Charges or disputes regarding the Charges should be addressed to Pure by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your primary Account payment method is determined to be expired, invalid or otherwise not able to be charged, you agree that Pure may use a secondary payment method in your Account, if available. Please note that in the event you dispute any part of a valid Charge via charge-back, you agree that Pure have the right at our option to pursue you for payment, to seek reimbursement of any related costs incurred by us, to turn any past due account over to collections and/or report delinquent payment to credit bureaus.
Pure reserves the right to establish, remove and/or revise prospective Charges for any or all aspects of the Services at any time in Pure’s sole discretion. The Charges indicated via the Services at the time of your order shall apply (subject to any applicable discounts or promotions). Pure may from time to time provide certain users with promotional offers and discounts that may result in different Charges for the same or similar Services, and you agree that such promotional offers and discounts, unless also made available to you, shall have no bearing on your use of the Services or the Charges applied to you.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Pure Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services, LLC. and you in relation to your use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of us, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in us for the resolution of any disputes.
